Artstudioingegneria si \u00e8 occupato della progettazione strutturale e della relativa direzione dei lavori strutturale.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;edificio si sviluppa su due piani interrati e tre fuori terra. Il piano rialzato sar\u00e0 sede di attivit\u00e0 commerciali, mentre il primo e secondo piano sono destinati ad uso residenziale. Al secondo piano interrato \u00e8 ubicata l&#8217;autorimessa , mentre il primo interrato \u00e8 destinato a deposito carrabile ad uso delle attivit\u00e0 commerciali. Il progetto delle strutture \u00e8 stato redatto anche sulla base di precise esigenze espresse dalla Committenza. E&#8217; stato necessario, dunque, studiare una soluzione strutturale che garantisse il raccordo a squadro, in sommit\u00e0, dei due sbalzi inclinati del solaio di copertura e portasse i carichi gravitazionali anche dei diaframmi d&#8217;angolo. Da notare che i suddetti diaframmi murari d&#8217;angolo non partono da terra, ma dal primo piano dell&#8217;edificio.
